ETI Converting, a manufacturer of narrow web printing, coating, and converting equipment, has announced its participation in Labelexpo Americas. This year, ETI will be embarking on a highly innovative collaboration with Martin Automatic and LemuGroup to highlight the capabilities of Cohesio and full end of line automation.

Widely known for its flexibility and modular design, Cohesio features:

• Flexographic printing stations
• Silicone coating and curing station
• Adhesive coating and laminating station
• Heavy-duty diecutting station

To showcase how efficiently it works, ETI will have a fully integrated production line linking its booth with Martin Automatic and LemuGroup. In this industry first live demo, Martin Automatic’s MBS butt splicer will seamlessly feed ETI’s Cohesio machine, while Lundberg’s MatrixCompactor 200 will manage the waste produced after diecutting. The demonstration will continue across the aisle to the Lemu Group booth, where it will go through their GTU Turret Rewinder and then to their Ultra Compact Robotic end-of-line boxing and palletizing system.

ETI will also have a variety of labels on display for all end-use segments underlining the endless possibilities of what can be produced on its equipment, including samples for food and beverage, industrial, automotive, transport and logistics, and beauty and personal care.

Far from a simulation, this real-world production run will be manufacturing labels for Channeled Resources, a valued ETI customer. This live demonstration will vividly illustrate the efficiency and cost-saving benefits of an integrated production line, effectively revealing the transformation of raw materials into finished labels in a single pass in real time.
